## How It Works (Step-by-Step Setup Guide)

### Step 1: Download and Install the Plugin

1. First, download the [Dappier Ask AI Plugin](https://assets.dappier.com/dappier-wordpress-1.0.0.zip).
2. Log in to your WordPress Admin Panel.
3. Navigate to `Plugins > Add New` and click **Upload Plugin**.
4. Select the downloaded plugin file and click **Install Now**.

* Follow the instructions in the Dappier Plugin to create a Dappier account and generate an API Key.

### Step 3: Activate Your Account

1. In your WordPress Admin Dashboard, go to **Dappier Ask AI Settings**.
2. Paste your API Key into the required field.
3. Click **Save Settings** to activate your account and connect your site with Dappier.

### Step 4: Edit Your AI Agent

* Give your AI Agent a name.
* Add a short description of what your AI Agent can do.
* Define how your AI Agent should respond – what topics it should cover, its tone, and what it should avoid.
* Choose content types for your AI Agent to learn from (e.g., select "Posts" to train it on blog content or "Pages" for main site information).

### Step 5: Customize and Place Your Widget

* **Select Ask AI Location** – Choose where the Ask AI widget will appear on your site.
* To manually place it, use the `[dappier_askai]` shortcode anywhere on your site.
* **Customize Appearance** – Adjust colors, button styles, and branding to match your site.
