# Zapier

Zapier is a powerful automation platform that connects your favorite apps and services, enabling you to create workflows without writing any code. With Dappier's Zapier integration, you can automate tasks using real-time data, AI insights, and personalized recommendations.

This guide provides an overview of Dappier’s Zapier integration and its key functionalities, including automation with AI-powered insights. It also covers how to use different actions, with specific requirements for custom AI agents.

## Why Use Zapier with Dappier?

## Installation

1. Log in to your [Zapier account](https://zapier.com/).
2. Search for "Dappier" in the Zapier app directory.

3. Click **Connect** and follow the steps to authenticate using your Dappier API key.

To generate an API key:

* Visit the [Dappier API Key page](https://platform.dappier.com/profile/api-keys).

## Actions Available

Dappier's Zapier integration supports the following **five actions**, with **Model ID** required only for the **Custom AI Agent**.

* Get Real-Time Data
* Get Lifestyle News
* Get Sports News
* Get Stock Market Data
* Send Prompt (Requires Model ID for Custom AI Agent)

### **1. Get Real-Time Data**

Fetch real-time web search results for topics like news, weather, travel, and more.

#### **Zapier Action Fields**

| **Query** | Enter a query to fetch real-time data (e.g., weather, time). | Yes      |

### **2. Get Lifestyle News**

Retrieve personalized, real-time updates and articles on lifestyle topics, including fashion, travel, and health.

#### **Zapier Action Fields**

### **5. Send Prompt (Requires Model ID for Custom AI Agent)**

Send a prompt to an AI agent and retrieve an AI-generated response. The **Custom AI Agent** requires a Model ID.

#### **Use Case**

* Automate content generation or FAQs by sending specific prompts to your AI agent.

#### **Zapier Action Fields**

| Field        | Description                                                         | Required |

| **Agent**    | Select the AI agent (Real-Time Data, Sports, etc.).                 | Yes      |
| **Prompt**   | The input prompt for the AI agent.                                  | Yes      |
| **Model ID** | The custom agent's Model ID (for Custom AI Agent under Custom APIs) | Yes      |

#### **Setup for Model ID**

1. Create a **Custom AI Agent** in Dappier.
2. Sync content (e.g., RSS feeds, data sources) to the agent.
3. Copy the **[Model ID](https://platform.dappier.com/my-ai-config/67859f345397042faebca1e8?tab=embed\&count=1)** from the agent settings.

4. Paste the **Model ID** in the Zapier action field as shown below:
